Its a class 186 hired from Angel trains I believe, to operate the trains that should have been operated by the doomed Frya high speed trains. I believe its now losts its Frya branding as the whole thing has become an embarasment to the Dutch railways. but still works on the Brussels Amsterdam route.

Absolutely!  What we take for granted today may not be there tomorrow!

Yes indeed, it is (hence me not having a decent picture of an AnsaldoBreda V250 Albatross - I never thought they would be withdrawn so soon and/or suddenly).

Fyra itself is also history now.  I guess the only two places you'll still find that title is either on the train models (H0-scale 186 with Fyra titles), or - for some reason or another - in the legends in the bottom corner of the yellow paper timetable sheets in the stations... o_o

A lesson to be learned there, Take pictures of everything as you'll never know when its too late!
I'm surprised the timetable still has the Frya logo!.
