That's a weird train. I guess CJ Sutcliffe may be correct when he says they're going back to Siemens.

Vectrons on delivery to the Netherlands I suspect. Makes sense to give them some unpowered delivery mileage before testing and mileage accumulation runs.

Hi Chris they are brand new SNCB/NMBS Class 18 is a series of Siemens EuroSprinter ES60U3 locomotives. Why they are heading away from Belgium is anyone's guess!

Going back to Siemens for further adjustments maybe? Adding or removing various components to vary the running limitations and operating range.
